Who doesn't want to wake up late in the morning in their own pajamas to a relaxed cosy environment like home and also earn millions of rupees? Of Course everyone! But CREANYX thinks differently about this. We at CREANYX get the same cosy and relaxed home environment right here in the office where we can socialize, relax and enjoy a lot of benefits along with work. Then who would want to take work home if he gets this amazing opportunity to wrap up his work in an office like CREANYX.

Work at CREANYX involves working in a team where members can effectively interact and collaborate with each other every single minute for sharing important information, data and also important pieces of advice. With this, it is also important for CREANYX to raise its productivity and achieve the personal and professional growth of its team. So, instead of letting its team members work from home it has already created such cosy and relaxed environment for them that they feel at home and raise productivity right here from the office. The reason why CREANYX did not comply with this statement and why it thinks differently is that working from home can result into :

  • Isolation of its team members, they get isolated from other members and also from that in house IT person's assistance at their service if anything goes wrong with their technology.

  • Working from home also creates distraction for them , they can get tempted by the sound their favourite TV show and might delay work for an hour. That one hour? is very precious to CREANYX.

  • Also if members work from home they will have irregular sleep times and naturally they will delay the start of their work which will be losing productivity.
